Accomodation

We offer our guests several accommodiations to choose from. Whether you prefere an apartment with own facilities or a cosy dormitory with shared facilities. The majority of our properties is situated in the city centre of Leiden. All our accommodation is basically or luxuriously furnished.

We offer 2 types of furnished accommodation:

Apartments
You can choose between 1- and 2 room apartements, with own facilities as kitchen, bathroom and toilet.

Rooms 
You can choose between rooms fitted for 1- or 2 persons, with shared facilities.
Before accepting a housing offer, please read our general rental conditions. Also note that the housing contract always starts on the 1st of the month and ends on the  last day of the month.

Please note:
If you cancel a reservation less than 1 month before the starting date of your reservation, 1 month's rent must still be paid.

Kitchens and kitchenware
The kitchens in the apartments are provided with kitchenware such as pots, pans, kitchen utensils, plates, glasses, cutlery and mugs (no oven/no microwave). At the end of your stay all kitchenware must be handed over to SLS Wonen.

The kitchens in studenthouses Horizon House, Herengracht and Kaarsenmakersstraat are provided with basic kitchenware such as pots, pans and kitchen utensils, which are to be shared with other tenants (no oven/no microwave). Upon arrival in a room in a student house you will receive 1 welcome package per person, including: 1 large plate, small plate, soup bowl, knife, fork, spoon, teaspoon, glass, wine glass and a mug.

When you lose an item, you can replace it at your own cost. At the end of your stay you don't have to return the welcome package to SLS Wonen.
