First Payment

The first payment includes:

• The first month's rent
• The deposit of €500 per person
• The administration fee of €75 per person

Please note: Make sure you take care of this payment before you arrive at our office. In order to hand you the keys to your new home, we will check if we have received your payment or ask you for a bank statement which proves you made the payment to us.

Payment in advance

• Bankftransfer
• Cash payment

As a bank transfer usually takes a couple of days, it is possible that we do not receive your payment in time. We therefore advise you to bring along your bank statement to prove your payment. It is also possible to pay in cash on arrival. Please make your cash payments at GWK Travelex, Stationsplein 3F, Leiden (at the train station). Unfotunately credit cards and foreign bank cheques are not accepted.

Please note: In order to pay your rent, you need our account details. The transfer must be free of any bank charges (foreign and/or Dutch)!

Please make sure your payments mention:

• Your family name
• The address of your accommodation, incl. the room number (if applicable)

Monthly payments
Further monthly payments must also be received by us in advance, before the first day of each month. Please use the account details when you transfer your monthly payment from abroad. Please make your cash payments at GWK Travelex, it is not possible to pay at our Accommodate office.

Note: In some cases it is possible for an expatriat or international student to open a Dutch bank account. You will then be able to transfer your rent from this bank account to the Accommodate account without any bank charges.  If you are interested, we will hand you an applicationform upon arrival so you can apply for a bank account at Fortis Bank Leiden.
