This building dates from 1886 and is situated on one of the finest canals in the city centre of Leiden. Approx. 10 minutes by bike from the train station. In front of the building lies a friendly courtyard. During summer evenings many students gather here.

• The kitchens are shared with max. 10 persons per section
• The showers and toilets are shared with max. 4 persons per shower/toilet
• There is an internet connection available in each room, the only thing you need is a UTP cable
• A TV connection is also available in the rooms
• There is a communal room and a laundrette with washing machines and dryers
• House rules apply to this student house. You will receive a copy of these rules upon arrival

• The rent includes basic furniture, water, gas, electricity, internet, tv-connection and use of laundry facilities.
• Rents for single rooms range from 325 - 575 Euro pm.
• Rents for double rooms range from 550 - 650 Euro pm.
