Hugo de Grootstraat 32 - rooms

Horizon House was built in 1895 and completely renovated in 2005. It's a national monument and has typical neo-gothical arched windows. Since February 2006 we offer 67 rooms and 25 apartments.

Specifics

• We offer 65 single rooms with communal amenities and 2 double rooms
• Rooms vary in size and price and are basically furnished
• The kitchens are shared with max. 9 persons per section
• The showers and toilets are shared with max. 5 persons per shower/toilet
• An internet connection is available in each room, provided by Lijbrandt Telecom
• A TV and/or telephone connection are optionable, however not included in the rent. For information contact Lijbrandt Telecom  
• Each floor has a communal room where tennants can meet up and relaxe
• Each floor has a laundrette with washing machines and dryers
• House rules apply to this student house. You will receive a copy of these rules upon arrival

Rent
The rent includes basic furniture, water, gas, electricity, internet, tv-connection and use of laundry facilities.

• Rents for single rooms range from 360 - 500 Euro p.m.
• Rents for double rooms range from 550 - 600 Euro p.m.
• Rents for single apartments range from 475 - 675 Euro p.m.
• Rents for 2-p. apartments range from 675 - 975 Euro p.m.
