Reporting a technical matter

Even though we maintain our property intensively, technical problems unfortunately cannot always be avoided. Please report your problems directly to the caretaker via e-mail. He will deal with them as soon as possible.

Emergency outside office hours      
Outside our office hours you can report technical emergencies at tel. +31(0)71 51 61 718.
The caretaker in charge will look into the problem.

Examples of emergency cases are:

• Failure of heating and hot water supply
• Defective main fuse
• Leaks in heating system
• Water leaks from roof
• Gas leaks
